Being of service to others and their personal healing and growth has always been more than a career — it’s been my life's work and what I feel I was born onto this planet to do. My career began a decade ago as a massage therapist and expanded into becoming a yoga teacher, health coach, meditation facilitator, and breath work coach. As I learned each of these therapeutic modalities, they revealed the same truth: healing and growth start from within.
Choosing to become a counselor felt like the natural next step — a way to bring all of these experiences together in service of deeper mental change and transformation for my clients. Today, I walk with clients through the challenges and changes that shape them, helping them discover resilience, renewal, and the courage to grow into their fullest selves.
