Virtual Therapy Services

I charge $125 for a 50-55 minute session. If you're interested in longer sessions, additional time add-ons for a scheduled appointment are available, priced separately depending on the extra duration (e.g., 15 mins, 30 mins, 50 mins). 

Please note all services are delivered via telehealth therapy / virtual counseling.

I currently do not take insurance, so all sessions are private pay. If you're looking for a counselor who accepts insurance, I would be happy to help direct you to resources where you can find one. 

I accept all major credit cards for payment, which is due at the time of service. If you have an outstanding balance, we will need to resolve that before scheduling further sessions. Additionally, please be aware of our cancellation policy in case of a missed appointment.

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours to cancel an existing appointment. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. 

If there is a no-call, no-show appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. 

When we make our appointments, I am committing to be there and ready for you, along with whatever you bring to the session. These policies help ensure that both our time is respected.

I have a limited number of sliding scale counseling spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

If you need this type of support, please let me know so we can discuss it further. 

If I don't have any sliding scale spaces available at the moment, I can guide you to another counselor who offers sliding scale telehealth therapy or place you on my waitlist for when an opening arises in my practice.
